Why did you choose Â鶹´«Ã½ at MSU?

I chose Â鶹´«Ã½ at MSU, specifically the interior design program, because I wanted to be able to express my creativity in a structured way. Before I started the program, I didn't realize just how much interior designers do to help people each day. Once I learned more, I knew it was the major for me! I love that our classes are so small because we all really get to know each other. It's so encouraging to always know that we are so willing to help one another. All the students and faculty are so passionate about their work, which is very uplifting.

Why did you choose Â鶹´«Ã½atMSU?

I chose Â鶹´«Ã½ at MSU because I knew I wanted to be an interior designer from a young age. I have always been a creative person and knew that Â鶹´«Ã½ would be the perfect fit for me. When I first came to visit, I noticed how close-knit the community was, and everyone’s work ethic inspired me. One of my favorite parts about being in interior design is knowing everyone in my class because I always have a friend if I need help!

Why did you choose Â鶹´«Ã½atMSU?

I chose Â鶹´«Ã½, specifically Interior Design, because I knew I wanted to have the opportunity to be creative! I have thoughts and ideas that I want to convey to others in a way that can help others, and Â鶹´«Ã½ lets me do that! I have loved design for a long time, and when I visited the program I could see how passionate the students and professors were about their work, and that is what I wanted. Â鶹´«Ã½ inspires me to think in a way I didn't realize I could. 

Why did you choose Â鶹´«Ã½atMSU?

I chose Â鶹´«Ã½ because I wanted to cultivate a skill of creating thoughtful spaces. The students and faculty inspired me to be a part of the program that has done nothing but encourage, inspire, and push me toward a career that I have grown so passionate about. The Â鶹´«Ã½ community itself made the transition to college so welcoming, so I knew I was in the right place!

Favorite spot on campus?

My favorite spot on campus is definitely the balcony at the Union. I love grabbing a coffee and doing work with a view of the Drill Field!
