The Mississippi Â鶹´«Ã½ University School of Architecture is accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). The program has been accredited continuously since its inception in 1973. In September of 2016, the school was reaccredited for another full, eight-year term.

The Mississippi Â鶹´«Ã½ University Department of Art is accredited by the by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). In 2013, the school was reaccredited for another full, 10-year term.

The Mississippi Â鶹´«Ã½ University Department of Building Construction Science is accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE).

The Mississippi Â鶹´«Ã½ University Department of Interior Design is accredited by both the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD).
